What It's Like to Work Here

eTop Technology has been in Redlands since 2011, serving established businesses across the Inland Empire. We're deliberately not a huge company — small enough that everyone knows everyone, big enough that you're never the only person who can fix something at 2 AM.

A few things about how we work that matter if you're considering joining:

• Standardization is the culture, not a slogan. We run our clients on a consistent, documented stack. That means less firefighting unique snowflake setups and more time improving things that stay improved.
• We automate the boring parts. If a task gets done the same way three times, we'd rather script it than repeat it. Technicians here are expected to build, not just close tickets — and we invest in the tooling to make that real.
• Documentation over tribal knowledge. Knowledge that lives in one person's head is a liability. We write things down, keep a real knowledge base, and treat good resolution notes as part of the job.
• We use what we sell. Every tool and security control we put on client machines runs on ours first. If it's not good enough for us, it's not good enough for them.
• People get developed, not just deployed. Mentorship and coaching are written into our lead roles, and certifications are encouraged. The goal is that the job you have in two years is bigger than the one you were hired for.
