Our Commitment

eTop Technology is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

etoptechnology.com is designed to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to identify and remediate any remaining issues.

Accessibility Features on This Site

  • Skip-to-content link at the top of every page for keyboard users.
  • Semantic HTML, descriptive headings, and ARIA landmarks.
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators on interactive elements.
  • Form fields with associated labels, error messaging, and required-field indicators that do not rely on color alone.
  • Honoring of the prefers-reduced-motion system preference, which disables non-essential animation.
  • Alt text on meaningful images and aria-hidden on purely decorative graphics.
  • Color contrast meeting WCAG AA for body text.
  • Responsive layout that supports zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some areas of the website may not yet be fully accessible. Known issues include:

  • Embedded third-party content (such as Google Maps, scheduling widgets, and analytics overlays) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working with our vendors and replacing or supplementing such content where feasible.
  • Some legacy blog images may not yet have descriptive alt text. We are auditing and updating these.
