In this video we will show you how to set up an auto response for customers that frequently request information about your company. If for example, you find that you are receiving several requests per day for a list of your company locations, you can automate a response to these requests by setting up a rule in Outlook 2013. Once you have this rule set up, you can request that everyone who needs this information, uses a preset email subject line. Whenever Outlook recognizes this subject line, it will automatically reply to the email with the requested information. We will also show you how to attach a document to the automated response.
